We have had a couple of poblems with unhealthy hoppers being delivered however, this was soon put right and we were offered some compensation which was great!

We ordered this bag as the mega tub was unavailable. Whilst the hoppers all seem healthy and have plenty of space during transportation, they are an absolute nightmare to transfer to a container - I have just spent two hours trying to catch all the ones that escaped! I have previously ordered the 100 small/medium hoppers mega tub and they have always been great & easy to pop into a bigger container, so we can keep them alive for a couple of weeks. The postage is quite expensive, so we order a larger quantity less often. If the mega tubs are not available, I will have to look elsewhere as transferring from a bag is definitely not something we will be repeating.
